Adult Learning Principles 3: Advanced Adult Learning Principles Adult Learning Principles 3 combines self-study with realistic workplace activities to build advanced knowledge of adult learning principles. Building on Adult Learning Principles 1 and 2, it explores three sophisticated principles of adult learning: Multiple Intelligences, Whole Brain Learning and Metacognitive Reflection.
